We’re Celadon Trucking Services and we didn’t get to be one of the leading carriers in North America by not caring about who drives for us and what they have to say. This is why for years we’ve had a 100% “open door” policy. You won’t have to make an appointment or talk through a glass window to your dispatchers. You’ve got a problem, just walk right in and let us know. This policy starts at the CEO and goes all the way down the chain. When you become part of our team, you’ll find high miles, competitive pay, and much more. But most importantly, you can expect us to deliver on every promise we make to you- 100% of the time.

Earn $0.90 per mile on all dispatched miles with non- forced dispatched.

Become an Owner Operator and be eligible for the following- Additional Owner Operator (O/O) Compensation Opportunities:

Stop Off Pay earns O/O’s 1st - $50, 2nd - $75, 3rd & up- $125

NYC Pay: $150.00

Detention Pay: $36 per hour after 4 hours and $9 every 15 minutes with a maximum of $250 per day

Fuel Surcharge: Yes, varies with cost of fuel.

Pet Policy: Yes (pet must be registered with Safety department)

Celadon operates in the lower 48 states and Canada.

O/O’s are not forced dispatched and are not required to go to Canada or areas they do not wish to go.

90% of our freight is No-Touch, with Celadon paying 100% Lumper reimbursement.

Most of our freight is Drop & Hook.

Owner Operators haul 53 ft. Company trailers

Our Owner Operators average 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week. The average haul length is 1000 miles.

Owner Operator Teams (O/O’s) have an Assigned Dispatcher.

Owner Operator Teams get Company Pads Base Plate (after the 1st year)

Permits, Road Tax Not 2290) and Authorized Tolls (East of Pittsburgh, PA)

Bobtail Insurance: $8.00 per week Tractor Insurance Fleet rate: (approximately x 4% of tractor value per year) Workers Comp./ Occ. Acc.: Approx $42.00, but varies by state Work Comp for fleet Owner: Approx $60, but varies by state Satellite Communications: $14.00 per week Performance Bond $1,500.00 (can be deducted over 10 weekly payments)

In addition, “Air cuff” locks will be sold to drivers at a reduced price of $60.00. We will deduct in $15 dollar increments for 4 weeks. We will buy the lock back for $60 at the end of the fleet members employment or they may keep it if they choose.
